Frank began serving the Colorado Springs real estate market in 1983 and after 12 years in the title insurance industry, Melissa joined him in 1999. They continually strive to maintain a high level of service and commitment, which has been rewarded by an outstanding reputation within the real estate community and has consistently ranked in the "Top 50" citywide. They have been members of the prestigious "Elite 25" of Colorado Springs for numerous years.

Carole Petering has been a member of the Fanelli Team since 2003 and has over 6 years experience in the real estate industry. As a licensed real estate professional, she is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Colorado Association of Realtors and the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. As an assistant with the Fanelli
Team she has acquired a vast knowledge in contract management, relocation, and helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

A resident of Colorado Springs since 1984, she has raised her two children here and enjoys all that Colorado has to offer.
